EDW

The first step in creating affordable and effective Information system is to create an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to consolidate and cleanse company data. This can be done using mostly standard methods and functionality. Using the EDW as a basis specific needs should be identified and tailor made applications can be developed. This phase consists of management consulting to find out what areas need attention and what existing practices need to be considered. During this phase decision support is in the focus. We are using mostly standard functionality to build custom applications. In the third phase we build the strategic level of the Management Information System. This level comprises scorecards, dashboards and simulations. All of these solutions are based on a solid data warehouse solution.
