Functional support offers our Clients an alternative to the risky and ineffective offshore support solution by providing a support model leveraging highly experienced, 100% U.S.-based SAP resources. We provide the option of both a ‘bucket of hours’ of support across your entire SAP landscape or as little as 1/4 FTEs (10 hours per week) per skill set to meet your specific support requirements.
